ITS FRIDAY!!!




Oh yes its Friday!

Its nearly July so why not prepare your self to do the 30 day squat or crunch challenge in July.


All you have to do is follow this chart that i have linked below.


If you think you won't be able to do this just change it a bit and make it your own challenge so that you know what is best for you and so that you can reach your goal easy.

I have wanting to do this for a while but just haven't had the time. I'm going to start this on the 1st day of July and i will keep you all updated on how well im doing and give you some tips along the way.

Keep it going you know you want that bikini body!
